Just a quick post to let you all know the simplest way to find your Environmental Legal Responsibilities in the UK.
Netregs is the best place to start, however if you don’t have time for them, I’ve listed some useful resources below. The EA guidance will work for you anywhere in the UK however the legislation which affects you can be different depending upon which country you are in-
England & Wales – The Environment Agency (EA) guidance can be found here .
Scotland – The Scottish Environment Protection Agency (SEPA) environmental legislation can be found here.
Northern Ireland – The Northern Ireland Environment Agency (NIEA) environmental legislation can be found here.
