Remediation of Contaminated Land (RoCL) tax relief

We do not pretend to be tax experts, there are many companies out there that can make that claim…! But we have been made aware of a government tax relief to help those companies that are developing derelict brownfield sites.

Essentially, you can claim 150% Capital Allowance tax relief for all works, including consulting fees, surveys, site investigations and contracting works involved in the process of remediating contaminated land. Even invasive weeds and grouting former mine workings could attract the relief.

The relief is available to anyone or company owning, buying or selling commercial property/land.

Tax law is extremely complicated, which is why we work with a team of experts can do all the hard work for you as you progress through your development.

If you want to know more why not drop us a line or go old school and give us a call for more information. Good luck with your project.
