You’re not alone, small & large residential remediation projects have been a part of many contractors portfolio for a long time. A reasonable amount of contamination results from spills, for example a burst kerosene tank, with the rest arising from historical contamination.

The fun is carrying them out in confined areas with limited space, and then finishing the work without causing any damage to the property. This video will show you one example.
